Gate ‘N Green was started in the 1970s as a 50s+ gated neighborhood, and is a friendly and active community in a beautiful location.  Broomfield is ideally located between Denver and Boulder, with easy access to both.  Our HOA is operated by elected community members and volunteers, which helps keep costs low and engagement high.
